First of all we need to understand our intuition, instinct and surrounding environment. These are the factor that shape our nature, behave and our though depends on these factors.

Well said and finally your destiny depends on your faith, thought, action and habit etc.
Habit is routine of behavior that are repeated regularly and and tend to occur subconsciously.
Following of habit anything can be achieve in our life and it has been proven by many of successful in the world.
Habit formation is the process by which a behavior, through regular repetition, becomes automatic or habitual. This is modelled as an increase in automatically with number of repetitions up to an asymptotic.This process of habit formation can be slow. Lally et al. (2010) found the average time for participants to reach the asymptotic of automatically was 66 days with a range of 18–254 days.
As we know the communication skill is a skill that can only be improved and optimized by daily practice. And it is quite obvious that without including it in our habit it is not possible to achieve it.
